Conceptual Project

To demonstrate our capabilities in building enterprise-grade ticketing and venue management systems, we designed a comprehensive conceptual platform for Talanta Stadium, Kenya's upcoming 60,000-seat flagship venue for AFCON 2027.

Note: This project is a technical capability showcase designed to demonstrate our expertise in building high-scale ticketing platforms. We are not officially affiliated with or contracted by Talanta Stadium.

Project description

We engineered this proof-of-concept using a Next.js 15 (React 19) App Router architecture deployed on the Cloudflare global network. This showcases a modern infrastructure approach capable of ensuring high availability and sub-millisecond edge responses during massive, concurrent ticket release events.

The conceptual platform includes fully interactive seating maps, mock VIP suite management, and an integrated event calendar. To highlight our product UX thinking, we also designed a dedicated AFCON 2027 multi-modal transit planner connecting simulated BRT and local transport options directly with stadium entry gates.

Visually, the build implements a modern, adaptive dual-theme UI that prominently features Pan-African design elements—integrating Kente and Shuka-inspired procedural patterns with fluid framer-motion micro-animations.

The result

This showcase effectively demonstrates how ultra-fast Next.js core architectures and edge-native deployments can be leveraged to eliminate downtime during high-demand events, providing a blueprint for modernizing digital fan experiences across the continent.
