Fika Pro is a multi-tenant operating system engineered for the travel and mobility sector. It functions as a centralized dispatch, booking, and financial settlement engine connecting travel agencies, transfer fleets, and accommodation providers. The platform handles the entire lifecycle of a booking, from real-time geographic dispatching to automated, cross-vertical financial reconciliation.

Project description
The backend is powered by a massive, highly relational 12,000+ line Prisma schema containing over 150 models. This architecture ensures absolute data integrity across complex, multi-party bookings and dynamic pricing matrices.
We built a Node.js/Fastify API that manages automated T+3 day financial settlements between partners. The system utilizes PostgreSQL and Redis (BullMQ) with idempotent processing and dead-letter queues to guarantee zero data loss during financial transactions, maintaining p95 response times under 100ms.
The frontend is a Next.js 16 (React 19) dashboard managing complex state across 420+ custom components via Zustand and TanStack Query. It integrates Mapbox GL for live asset tracking and Pusher WebSockets for instant, low-latency dispatching to ground teams.
The entire production environment is provisioned via a 1,500+ line AWS SAM (CloudFormation) template. The fault-tolerant architecture utilizes ECS Fargate clusters, Lambda functions, SQS FIFO queues, and RDS PostgreSQL 15 to auto-scale during peak booking seasons.

Fika Pro now serves as the backbone for travel operations across multiple markets, processing thousands of bookings daily with automated financial reconciliation that eliminates manual settlement processes. The platform's real-time dispatch system has dramatically reduced response times for ground teams, while the fault-tolerant infrastructure ensures zero downtime during peak seasons.
