These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Igiza website and services (“Service”) provided by Igiza Inc. d/b/a Igiza (“Igiza”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Igiza provides software engineering consulting, staff augmentation, dedicated engineering teams, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate statement of work or agreement.
You may use the Site to learn about our services, submit inquiries, and request information. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
The content, design, and branding of the Site are owned by Igiza and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client engagements are governed by the applicable statement of work, which defines ownership of deliverables and background IP.
Information you submit through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For client engagements, confidentiality obligations are set out in the applicable engagement agreement or non-disclosure agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Igiza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Igiza in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no amount was paid.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms. Engagements are terminated in accordance with their applicable agreements.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date below. Your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
